1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Forensics & Recovery Labs website or engaging our financial fraud recovery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services

AI Forensics & Recovery Labs provides forensic investigation, cryptocurrency tracing, wire fraud recovery, chargeback advocacy, and financial fraud recovery services. Our services are provided on a case-by-case basis, and engagement is subject to a separate service agreement that will outline the specific scope of work, fees, and terms applicable to your case.

We do not guarantee the recovery of any funds or data. Recovery outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the cooperation of third parties, the nature of the fraud, and applicable laws. Our success rate of 94% is based on historical data but does not constitute a guarantee of success in your specific case.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are the lawful owner of the funds you seek to recover, or you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• You will not use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and truthful

4. Service Engagement

Engagement of our services requires a signed service agreement that will specify:

• The scope of services to be provided
• The fee structure (hourly, flat rate, or contingency)
• Payment terms and schedule
• Estimated timeline for completion
• Any specific terms applicable to your case

No services will be rendered until a signed service agreement is in place. Any estimates provided prior to engagement are preliminary and subject to change based on the complexity of the case.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are outlined in the service agreement and may include:

• Hourly Rates: For forensic investigations and complex cases
• Flat Fees: For standard services with defined scope
• Contingency Fees: A percentage of recovered funds, only payable upon successful recovery (where available)

All fees are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and accrual of interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

6. No Guarantee of Recovery

AI Forensics & Recovery Labs does not guarantee the recovery of any funds. Recovery is dependent on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Whether funds have been moved to exchanges that will cooperate
• Whether the scammer or attacker can be identified
• Whether law enforcement or legal action is successful
• The jurisdiction in which the fraud occurred
• The time elapsed since the fraud occurred

Our fees are earned regardless of outcome unless otherwise specified in a contingency fee agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you are engaging our services for our expertise and efforts, not for a guaranteed result.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your case
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
• Not engage in any conduct that could compromise the investigation or recovery effort
• Cooperate with law enforcement or legal proceedings as requested
• Inform us immediately of any developments in your case
• Maintain confidentiality of our strategies and methods

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in termination of services and forfeiture of any fees paid.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your confidential information. All information you provide to us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• As necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing with banks or exchanges with your consent)
• As required by law or court order
• To protect our rights or property

Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our engagement. However, we may aggregate and anonymize case data for statistical purposes without revealing your identity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by AI Forensics & Recovery Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Site
• Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Site
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Using the Site to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonating any person or entity

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AI FORENSICS & RECOVERY LABS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES PROVIDED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI FORENSICS & RECOVERY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Forensics & Recovery Labs, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and services will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
